Full renovation of a 150+ year old historic home in the heart of the Village of Fayetteville. The project is an energy efficient conversion of a late 1800s home into a Passive Home. This home will be more energy efficient than most modern homes built new today. The Syracuse School of Architecture and SUNY ESF have brought their students to the project to monitor and study how an old home can become energy efficient to the highest levels.
